Front desk offered to show me a larger room for upgrade, but the one assigned was on the top floor with a balcony - so that was an easy decision. He gave the taxi the wrong address, and when I went back and told him about the mistake, he didn’t even apologize or take ownership of the fact that he gave the wrong address to the taxi and at the end of the day I paid both fares and wasn’t even Given remedy for the mistake.
