"The location was very convenient to the Gare du Nord and other handy places - a small grocery, a pharmacy, a couple of good restaurants. A bit sketchy at night, perhaps, but not scary. A good value overall. The beds were comfortable and clean, towels were good and plentiful. Nothing fancy, but since we were only there to shower and sleep, it was just fine. The blow dryer fixed to the wall in the in the bathroom was broken, but they were able to find us one we could use instead. A little inconvenient, but usable."

"Very clean hotel. The decor is slight dated but everything was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very fresh especially the crossoints which were the best I've tasted. So delicious. The best thing that made my stay excellent was the bathroom.The fittings, the cleanliness and the above all the spacious sink. I loved the bathroom. I would stay at the hotel again just for the bathroom!! A few things to improve- better lighting in the room and better pillows. Also the air conditioning wasn't working very well. We didn't complain because the weather wasn't very hot and we could open the windows to make the room cooler . The hotel location is perfect for public transport and for eateries of all taste. The staff is very courteous, helpful and welcoming. The size of the room wasn't very big but spacious enough for a couple. No cupboard /wardrobe but open hanging rails which were again enough for the short stay. We stayed in their comfort room. Will I stay at this hotel again? Yes!!"

"The hotel was fine for our needs, great location near to Jacques Bonsergeant and République metro stations. The room was nice and the bin was emptied daily, but bedding wasn’t and unfortunately we spilled some coffee on the bed cover, it would have been nice if that had been changed. There is a lift but it was tinier than the shower tray and it felt like it dropped each time it reached the floor, so it was a bit nerve wracking. No HVAC in the rooms, so it did get a bit warm but it was quiet enough to open the window at night. The floor drain in the bathroom smelt a bit stagnant."
