"Staff were excellent, so helpful. Provided us with a luggage scale to weigh bags before we left. Stored our bags all day after checking out. The family room was such a good set up. Kids pretty much had their own room with shower, didn’t realise that when we booked."

"Stayed for 1 night at this hotel. Hotel is located just 5 minutes walking distance from Arc De Triumph. It is convenient and there are lots of restaurants and shops just nearby. We arrived early before check in and we were able to drop off and leave our luggage at the front desk. The room was standard, it is big enough for a family of 4. There was 2 free water bottles and coffee. The elevator was extremely small which is standard i guess in Europe. It can only accommodate 2 people at a time. There was a construction outside the hotel making the narrow road a bit narrower but it is manageable. Keep in mind that the hotel is located in a one way street. Overall, it was a pleasant stay! "

"My second visit to this superbly located hotel. The rooms are very confortable and always provided a good night's sleep. The spa is good too. One observation I have is that they need more reception staff - the ones they have seem to spend all their time in the back room and there's no obvious way (like a bell) to let them know you are waiting. On my previous visit, someone was always visibly on the desk. Nonetheless this remains one of my favourite hotels in Paris and I hope to return soon. "
