"I really appreciated Natalia's communication efforts in coordinating our arrival. The apartment was very clean and stocked just fine for our 3 night stay. The only issue I think visitors should be aware of is the size of the elevator (fits 2 people). It is very small so if you are traveling with toddlers and lots of luggage, I would ask for level 2 or 3 max accomodations."

"We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a nicely renovated hotel with apartment-style rooms. It was clean and well maintained. Zack from the hotel was very communicative and friendly. Just a note to double check which room you’re booking if you want a washer/dryer. Not all rooms include one if that is important to you. There is a laundromat a block over tho if you need it. The area is very much a neighbourhood of people living their normal lives and not a busy tourist area, giving us a more laid back...

"We really loved the location and overall the property was clean but this hotel does not have regular amenities. We were there for 7 nights and they came to clean one time. It could have been twice and that would have been helpful. The elevator on the property broke down twice during our stay. It was fixed within about 6 hours but 2 times we had to climb up the 7 flights in a spiral staircase and go down twice and pass a family with their stroller they were dragging up with almost no room to do...

"Supermarket right beside hotel. Hotel staffs are very friendly and informative. Room is spacious. The only problem we have is running out of hot water (4 people in the suite) by the time the last person needed to shower, there was no more hot water. Overall, it was great hotel with walkable restaurant and stores close by. "

"The room was spacious. Having a full kitchen is handy when you’re staying longer. There is a washer and dryer but it’s on the small-ish side, but very reasonably priced. They provide free detergent as well. We arrived super early and while check in wasn’t til 3pm, they were able to provide an early check in for a small fee when I inquired. The area around the hotel can get busy but the street itself is quiet. The metro stations are not that far but does involve a bit of stairs or walking up...

Could be a little loud at night , but you can close windows with electric shutters. Room is small, but we were there only for shower and sleep. Room has small kitchen! Great stay! "
