Only issue is noise from street. Emergency vehicles and honking. May be a Paris thing the loud traffic all night. Great stay overall"

"Good location between two different metros (about 10 minute walk). Staff were friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered spoke great English. Elevator seemed newer and was always working. Room was more spacious than we were expecting for Paris. Our bathroom was huge though wondering if we had an accessible room as the shower was zero entry. It was spacious with great water pressure and heat. Water did splash out quite a bit. Loved opening the windows to let in fresh air and enjoy the charming street. Great property and value. Definitely exceeded expectations. "

"This is a lovely property with spacious rooms. The beds are very comfortable and they have big windows you can open and see out or let the fresh air in.. but hands down what sets this property aside is the staff and customer service. They are amazing and truly care about their patrons having the best stay possible. Michael and John and the two ladies at the front desk they all went over and beyond to help my family and I. Unfortunately my parents lost their passports and my dad got sick while on holiday throughout Europe and had to be hospitalized in Paris. I flew to Paris from the US to help them and booked this hotel. The staff asked about my father ever day and when he was finally able to get discharged they were so excited for us. They helped us print out the paperwork we would need for the emergency visas .. which they were able to get and are now safely back in the US. I couldn’t ask for more hospitality! What a wonderful experience and a big thank you to the staff that made our stay at Park Lane so special in the midst of our troubles! "
