The hotel has a recent redesign that keeps all of the old world splendor with all of the newest technology and design. All of the public rooms are really well done but not at all stuffy. "I stayed at four hotels during my Paris trip and this was by far my favorite! I enjoyed my time there so much I tried to stay longer but they were fully booked. Great room amenities, towel warmer which I want now and a bidet (first time using one) it was fine. Staff spoke great English and all except one (short older man) made me feel completely welcomed. "I loved my stay at Sofitel, the staffs are the warmest and super helpful. Room is so clean and they changed sheets for us everyday. Tbh I haven’t experienced this good service for a long time in the US, this almost felt a little unreal. However, I have to point out that the breakfast is quite disappointing. It is said until 11am but 10:15am they already took away everything. And the salad was all rotten veggies in my bowl…..the breakfast is so expensive, highly recommend eating outside. "
