"The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. We were early for check in so dropped our bags and checked out the area. As it was a Sunday the pedestrian streets were busy. The area is very convenient to West lake . Would recommend the hotel and there are some very good restaurants in a mall just 5 minutes away.One is Green Tea and the other is Grandmas place."

"Received a room upgrade and had a nice breakfast with my kid. Next to West Lake, so can’t beat the location. Swimming pool is small but we enjoyed it anyway. Nice views from the terrace on the 6th floor overseeing the lake. Overall, a great stay. "

"The hotel is centrally located with great access to restaurants and only a 10-15 min walk from west lake. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with plenty western options. It is attached to the merry shopping centre which is really handy also and a good landmark making the hotel easy to find. "

"Free laundry machines but the gym was closed due to refurbishment. Rooms were fine although a little small and the sink was directly in the room rather than a separate bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection and only a 20 minute walk to the West Lake or a £2 taxi ride. "
