"The hotel is located by the beautiful west lake, it is super clean and very quiet. The hotel helped me to arrange a hotel taxi (super clean Audi). The taxi driver - Miss Zhang was not only drive us to the local interests, but also provide a lot of valuable information and outstanding services for us. Will definitely stay again next year, highly recommended."

"This hotel/resort is an amazing place, the room is so clean and with very good layout. The personnels in the hotel are all kind and nice, well trained to deliver good services, and the housekeeper would greetings to you when meeting you in the hallway. Oh, their breakfast is one of the best part of the stay, so many choices and tasted so good we ate so much than cannot eat anything for lunch. last thing to mention, it's walkable distance to Lingyin Temple, 10 mins away for a walk thru a path...

"Hotel is very clean. They offered free Peet’s coffee made by barista- each room gets a certain number of tickets based on number of days booked. There are a lot of malls and food options around, all walkable distance. The place is about 5-10 minute walk from Wulin night market and 10 minute walk to west lake. "
