"I liked everything besides the confusion with my room and having to switch to 3 different rooms because the first one wasn't clean but they got me right and made sure I was comfortable"

"Overall, the hotel was very enjoyable and nice. The main issue we had was during the first night, when I was about to sleep, I noticed a pretty strong urine smell. After a few minutes, my wife and I lifted up the bedsheet cover to discover the mattress cover had a noticeable stain. This happened around 9 PM and our five-month-old was already asleep. After explaining the issue at the front desk, the cleaning crew ended up changing out ALL the sheets and blanket, and they tried to keep quiet with the sleeping baby on the other bed. They also gave us a $75 food and beverage credit, which was very nice of them. Used it all on coffee and salads! Other smaller issue was when ordering pizza, I didn’t know I had to go back up with my receipt to get my food. My family and I ended up standing there for an additional 15 minutes not aware of that small detail. What was frustrating was that the two employees saw us standing there with the box of food just sitting there. Would’ve been helpful if one of them got our attention instead of letting us stand there all that time. Besides all that, I’d stay here again! I love how it’s less crowded than the Strip and their craps and blackjack minimums are $5, not very common nowadays. The food court has familiar restaurants, like McDonald’s, and the overall property felt clean. Parking is also free, which is a HUGE plus given how many hotels charge now. Palms is a great choice if you don’t care too much for quick access to the Strip!"

"I wish the adult pool could be open later, I mean it's Vegas and we're on vacation. Would love to have cooking oil and salt and pepper available in the rooms. And I don't understand how the floors between the top and bottom floors creeks so much, it's wasn't like the people above were being loud at all, they were just walking. And so much cracking and popping. Seems like they could insulate the floors better."
