"Modern, nice room interior including the bathroom. It’s true that it is similar to a cruise ship with shopping stores, restaurants, gym, pools. 12 mins walk to walgreens. It’s far from the main strip so taking a cab everyday to visit it can be expensive. After 3 nights stay, I requested housekeeping. I have to call housekeeping 3x for them to come up to vacuum, replenish towels and empty the garbage. It gave me a headache and it supposed to be a relaxing spring break vacation with my son. Staffs from reception, restaurant and pool are okay. Some of them are nice. Pools are not heated. It was cold! My son and I were shivering although the weather was 80+ degrees. Foods in the restaurant are mediocre. "

"My purse was stolen from my room. I never reported it because I should have locked it in the safe. I fortunately took my valuable items out of the purse before leaving the room. The first room had blood stains in the tub so they gave me another room and that is where my items were taken. "

"Has issues checking in at the kiosk and has to speak to a clerk which only two were checking people in. Waited roughly 40 mins which I thought was long and manager was behind wall but did not assist the other clerks to move line quicker. Was kind of disappointed that she never apologized for the long wait"

"Was celebrating a birthday and never again at this hotel. Terrible hotel the renovated rooms are okay. Horrible experience with the hotel and top of the world restaurant only the view was nice but food was disgusting over priced and worst service from the server. Not going back to either ever again.
