We reserved a jr suite, first one we got send to as soon as we walk in there was a very loud noise like something hitting the window (we were on the 22nd floor and the whole wall was glass) and in fact there was a loose rope with a hook at the end of it that was hitting very hard our all glass wall, we called front desk and their answer was this : Ah yes your suite is on the remodelation area of the hotel but not to worry the glass won’t break” as as we were talking the window got hit again and it was so loud that the person at the front desk hear it. She continued to let us know that he could change us if we were not comfortable in that suite because he understood it was very loud since he even hear the hook hitting the window, once we were back down at the front desk I ask if they were going to send someone to fix the problem because we thought it was very probable that the window could break and he said no that , that was going on for a few days now and that they had reported before so I ask him why they send us there if they knew that there was a problem? He said well
I’m not sure because I didn’t assign the room and there was no notes on it and that also other guest that had stayed there didn’t complain????
