"This property is so far the best that I have stayed at. The entire home was super clean. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our hosts, Alice and Jackie were very friendly and welcoming. They prepared a delicious, fresh breakfast every morning. They supplied everything that we would possibly need for our stay, including snacks in the common living room area. "We had a lovely stay at Butterfly Manor. The whole place was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were upgraded to a beautiful family room which was very spacious. Breakfast was excellent and the hosts were such nice people really helpful, attentive and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Perfect for what we needed. Nice safe neighborhood, off street parking fit two cars, quiet, close to shopping, easy ride to falls, easy to get out on time with three bathrooms. There is no couch/living room instead it is a common kitchen area so we used a bench from bedroom and a camp chair that we had on hand so we could all sit at the kitchen table. We played games and each room had its own smart TV, kids were able to hook up their games and sign into streaming. There is a washer/dryer, we...

"The area around the hotel is a bit of an eyesore, and there was a slight lingering smell in the hallways, though the room was fine. Huge, clean and modern rooms, very nice. Definitely deserves its high rating overall, would return (though I'd like for them to identify what the smell in the hallways was and deal with it)."
