This was such a relaxing and quiet place to stay. Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls can be so phrenic, which is fun. But to walk to Susan’s Villa and be away from it was so nice. Alice and Jacky were so kind. This place was so clean! Spotless! I would come back here just as a retreat to relax even if I didn’t go see the Falls. Can’t say enough how much I enjoyed my stay.

The hospitality was superb! Very commendation. I wasn’t able to eat breakfast due to my flight time. Alice packed food for us. Walking distance to Niagara Falls. Great option

The room we stayed in was so much bigger than we thought! Very spacious. The hosts, Alice & Jacky provided a delicious breakfast each day. We highly recommend this B&B and we would stay there again!

A really nice place with everything you need including breakfast. Yes, the breakfasts were a bit different than what we would normally have, but they were prepared with care and attention. Alice and Jackie were great hosts and so incredibly attentive. For us, the B&B was easy walking distance to everything. A great value and would stay again.

The B&B was very quiet and clean. The operators were extremely nice and friendly. The location is reasonable walking distance to many of the activities related to Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. Price was reasonable and parking included.

The owner keeps the property i good condition and clean. If you like to sleep with cool temperature , you may sweat because there is no the A/C unit in your room , it is the same temperature for the entire house. Suggestion for the owners, to place a fan in the room. The breakfast is ok

We were amazed with the cleaning. Property is beatiful, but the cleaning, quiet and safety made it even better. Cuastomer service was great, they were very attentive and helpful. Close to everything within walking distance. Breakfast was just stunning, fresh and delicious. We are definitely coming back with the whole family. Already looking for the dates

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa! From the moment we saw the stunning house and its gorgeous, well-manicured garden filled with flowers, we knew we were in for a treat. Our room, the Italian suite, was spacious, spotless, and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were thoughtfully prepared with just the right amount of food to keep us energized throughout the day. But what really made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality from our hosts, Jacky and Alice. They were incredibly accommodating, attentive, and caring, paying attention to every detail to ensure our stay was perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone traveling to the area. Jacky and Alice were incredible hosts and I felt welcomed from the instant I arrived. The room is private, large, and comfortable. Great location, lovely quiet garden

Host Alice was very welcoming. Lots of space, seating area separate from bedroom in our downstairs suite. Good air conditioning. Nice breakfast. We enjoyed the peaceful shady garden. Location was great, lovely quiet street but really close to the Clifton street area and the gorge.

This property is so far the best that I have stayed at. The entire home was super clean. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our hosts, Alice and Jackie were very friendly and welcoming. They prepared a delicious, fresh breakfast every morning. They supplied everything that we would possibly need for our stay, including snacks in the common living room area. I will definitely return here when we visit Niagara Falls again.

Jacky and Alice were fantastic hosts. They welcomed us personally upon arrival, showed us our suite, and were happy to provide local information to make the most of our trip. The suite was clean, comfortable, with just a little noise from the renters above. Breakfast was delicious, varied, but fixed. Great presentation and warmth from attentive hosts. Within walking distance of main attractions, with local WeGo bus close by. Free parking a huge plus as most hotels in the area charge $50 a day. Would highly recommend and will stay again if in Niagara Falls again! Easy to get to from Buffalo, NY as well.

An excellent place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at Susan's Villa. Alice and Jacky are excellent hosts! We especially loved the breakfast each morning; every dish was delicious and unique. Our suite was clean, cozy and warm, full of great amenities and was spacious and well decorated. There was a lot of closet and drawer space, a fantastic bathroom and shower/tub, and we were happy that it was self-check-in with keyless entry, so we didn't have keys to lose as we toured around. One of the best parts was the close proximity to all the Niagara Falls sites; we were able to walk to a lot of the local things, and if you figure out the WeGo bus system you can just leave your car at the villa and almost never pay for parking. We are definitely sad at home today without Alice and Jacky's wonderful breakfasts!

Great Location - Great Place

This is a wonderful B&B. Our unit consisted of a large living room with a large closet, bedroom, and the bathroom. Exceptionally clean! Breakfast was delicious. We stayed three nights and it was nice to have so much room to spread out in. It is just a few blocks from the main areas. We walked every day and when we couldn't walk to an attraction - the WeGo bus stop was just a couple of blocks away. I definitely would give it 5 stars. If I found anything that was lacking was the streaing service on the TV. We are "news junkies" and we couldn't find a news station that was a complete show - not just a news clip from the streaming service. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

I loved the Italian Suite, my room. The owners were very helpful. I had to leave very early on my last day, before breakfast, and Alice offered to give me a to go bag so that I would have something to eat. I didn’t expect that. It was very kind.
