Ted et son épouse son des hôtes extraordinaires. L'accueil était chaleuseuse et ils nous ont servit un excellent déjeuner. Endroit très paisible et sécuritaire directement au bord de la rivière. Ted and his wife are extraordinary hosts. They greeted us with warm welcomming smiles which continued all threw our stay. Breakfast wast prepared and served by them. The place is very clean, safe and right accross the street from the river. Well above expectations!

This is a very well kept Bed and Breakfast. Ted would go out of his way to do anything you needed. He even offered rides downtown. We used the bus stop only half a block away which was very convenient. Breakfast was amazing, cooked to our liking, with plenty of fresh fruit. Everything was very very clean and you felt like a guest in his home. We would stay again when we return.

Excellent b&b all around. Very clean and orderly, friendly and accessible owner, breakfast was excellent (eggs, bacon, sausage, fruits, toast, yogurt, etc. etc.), had parking and was in-between Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake so easy to check out both places.

This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast and I had an amazing experience. I was able to check in early and even got my room upgraded for free. Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend staying here it is right next to the bus stop but also not to far to walk.

The owner Wellcome us very nicely and it was like coming home .The bed was very comfortable free parking and the owner even volunteered to drive us to to get thing and accommodate us nicely .I would definitely go back again . My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Butterfly Manor and we highly recommend staying here! The owners were extremely nice and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, the bathrooms huge, and the decor really cute. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. Breakfast was really good and fresh- homemade eggs and bacon, toast, fruit, yogurt. Close proximity to the falls.

The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good but could be a bit more imaginative. The room was nice. Everything was extremely clean. The room could use more outlets for electronics, but otherwise was very comfortable. Great location to see the falls and for cycling.

When we arrived our room got upgraded which was nice. Staff and owner were very nice. A little outdated but cozy feel. I wish we were able to control the AC more. Overall excellent stay with a nice breakfast. I would recommend and definitely return!
