Very clean and a nice place, however there were no instructions for the TV, no coffee pot and the kettle did not work. Also there were no linens for the kitchen.

Great stay

We had a great stay at the Villa even on a weekend with a Winter Storm Warning! It was a perfect place to hang out, relax, watch TV and watch the snow fall. If you are not doing the traditional Niagara Falls tourist thing, there is a movieplex that is a 15 minute drive (before the roads got really bad) and a wonderful supermarket 3 minutes away where we got ready to warm and heat meals for the snowy weekend. Jalapa was a great host, meeting us at check in to show is around and in great communication at check out. Can’t wait to come back in better weather to use the hot tub and pool. (Hot tub was open, just too cold and snowy for us this time)

Overall good stay. Close to the falls. Clean, quiet neighborhood. There was no “breakfast” as advertised. 5 eggs in the fridge, empty bottle of mayo and a loaf of bread. No coffee maker. Hot tub was nice but had a very strong odd smell.

This was the perfect location to not be in the crowds but so close to all of the major attractions. The pool and hot tub were a nice way to relax throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend.

Great place and a great location. This was a great location for visiting the falls. The park and ride for the bus is only 3 minutes away which made navigating the crowds of Niagara Falls easier and it was nice to escape to our own place at the end of the day instead of the touristy area. The place was a described and our host was very friendly and quick to respond to our questions. The pool isn't heated but the kids still enjoyed it and the hottub. Overall great experience.
