"I loved that this property was close to many different food options as we did not do the all inclusive package. You can walk from the fairy. The one thing that bothered me was that other peoples dirty dishes from room service sat in the hallways for long periods of time and was inviting in bugs. Also our room had a bit of a musty odor but other than that everything was great!"

"We loved the vibe and the food at all of their venues on site most of all but the airconditioning on the room and throughout the hotel was lacking(never cool), not a single fan above on ceilings in rooms which should be next in Mexico. The service was hit or miss with some staff being excellent while others didn’t seem to care at all. The lack of property information for the hours of operation and the facilities was annoying and we were told conflicting information after having to repeatedly...

"We truly enjoyed our vacation at Catalonia Royal Tulum. Great price. Overall beautiful resort. Smaller than some of the other resorts we have been too but we loved how close everything was. Pool and beach was absolutely beautiful. The water is clear and so blue. Staff were responsive, helpful, sweet, and treated you like family. Food was a 7 out of 10. We loved the food at the Grill, Bloved, Toscana and Rauxa restaurants. The buffet was ok. The things we were less impressed with were the drinks...

"The property was absolutely beautiful and had all the amenities you need to never leave the resort. However, it was a ways away from the shopping and restaurants in Cancun. They do have taxis waiting outside the gate for convenience. "

"Loved the jungle that they retained within the premises. also loved the water stations and the potable water quality. enjoyed the buffet although i dont like eating vegetable or commercial oils. didnt get to try the other restaurants. loved the ice cream station as well. had some difficulty understanding the beach sitting area arrangements/couldnt locate the beach towel station easily. tiered beachfront design waws nice. lots of kids, and they had family activities. would go back. just no choice...
