"I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis! The staff was super accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great! The premises were clean and so was our room. "The hotel room was clean but outdated. The items inside the room were good. It would be great if there were also English breakfast tea bags as well. The sheets looked clean and crisp. I wish there were more English language channels on TV. Not sure why during checkin the hotel got a copy of our passports? Never had that anywhere else that I had stayed before. "
