"AMAZING!!!"
From the moment you talk into the hotel lobby to the moment you walk to your room, you are greeted by the most amazing and friendly staff. That's before you even reach your room. Once you get in there, you'll never want to leave! The views and the amenities are breathtakingbreathtaking, and the hotel is in walking distance of the subway station! Amazing!!

"Nice experience "
The staff all speaks English, this help us a lot. They are all nice and polite. The room is clean and comfortable, just a little bit small, but in Japan is reasonable. The shuttle bus service is excellent. Only the lobby layout is a little bit mess.

"Great staff!"
Our family stayed for 3 nights in two rooms - each with 2 twin beds. I booked very late (one week in advance) otherwise there are rooms that could have housed us all (2 kids ages 12 and 8 and 2 adults). Pros: Staff was super friendly and helpful, and found two adjoining rooms for us. Kids allowed into the pool (though not allowed a bunch of horseplay), and also into the jacuzzi/sauna areas within the men's or women's locker room (but it's naked, so be prepared if you're Westerners like us!). Cons: Rooms were a bit tight even though we were on the Executive Level. I imagine they may be large by Japanese standards, but I chose Executive rooms for two reasons - slightly larger rooms and also free access to pool/fitness room and breakfasts in the mornings. Unfortunately, the breakfast and pool were NOT free for our children. We had to pay for them each time. Either I didn't understand that when booking or it's not very clear on Expedia/hotel's website. Breakfast was very good - 20th floor, great views, western and Japanese choices, hot and cold foods. Concierge was helpful and attentive, and they had an excellent map with nearby restaurant options. The vibe of the hotel is more suited towards business people, but my kids didn't feel out of place. The decor is also a bit opulent/frilly vs modern/clean lines, but it was nice (just not my style). Overall a good experience once I got over the fact that pool and breakfast were not free for the kids (they did get a reduced rate).

"Very modern and fashionable location"
I stayed on the Club Floor. The room was very comfortable. The Club Floor offers breakfast and evening cocktails. However, If you compare to Hyatt Regency in Shinjyuku, I think this location could improve a bit on the selection and execution of service. I thought Shinjyuku staff were more friendly. I used the Spa facilities and I could only secure 30 minutes spa appointment. They told me that the Spa facilities are offered to local member so it can get booked up so I would reserve spa appointment way ahead. Instead of subway, there is airport limousine service to and from the airport.

"Impeccable Service"
Yes, the rooms are small, as expected at any Japanese hotel, but super clean, comfortable, and equipped with a fridge! The front desk staff don't speak much English, but plenty enough to check us in, provide us with an area map, and recommend a place to eat. In addition to the five restaurants and bars in the hotel, there's a convenience store across the street, and a yummy bakery one block from the hotel straight out the front door toward the main road. When we walked downstairs with our empty beverage bottles, TWO bell hops approached us to take our trash to recycle. Once, I came to the desk with a question during a tour bus arrival -- a busy time to be sure -- and a staff member stopped his scurrying to notice me and answer my question! It's only a ten minute walk or 170yen 1-stop subway ride to the Chiyoda/Kitanomaru Park moat to see the cherry trees blooming right now.
