If we didn't have plans to go to Magic Kingdom and Universal Studios, we could have just stayed home and it would still be the best vacation ever. The kids had fun in our own pool while we grilled and hung out in the patio. Driving to the parks was just a few minutes away. The community was quiet and residents were friendly; safe for a morning walk or jog.

The place at Venetian Bay, Kissimmee was a perfect fit for our family of 6. It had 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths. The description of the place was downplayed and because of the complaints we've read from previous comments, we almost cancelled our reservations. We're glad that we didn't. House was safe, well-cared for, and even if the main office was a few minutes away, instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was great value for the price we got from Expedia. Either the previous reviews helped them better their services or the complaints were from unusually demanding clients. For whatever reason, Florida Elite Homes & Villas gave us an awesome place to stay.

Celebrated my moms 60th here and it was a perfect long weekend! The pool had a tropical feel and it was very clean and relaxing. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfasts and lunches were reasonable and good in fact we split most meals because of the generous portions. We took the I trolley from right across the street to go out to dinner every night and took a taxi to downtown disney which wasn't too far. The room was spacious and comfortable. We did not use the hotel shuttles because we did not go to the parks but there were lots of families there who did. We came for relaxation and it is exactly what we got! I plan on returning with my husband and girls ages 6 and11 in the spring. They would have absolutely loved the kid side of the pool and the activities.I have been to many Orlando resorts and I will say the people working here are some of the nicest staff I have ever encountered which really does make all the difference.

Arrived late. After we parked the car, we went to the lobby where we finished the check-in process within seconds. The only thing that i did not like about the check-in is that i did not get directions as to where i should go after check-in. Since this is my first time in this hotel, i was lost in the lobby for a few moments because it's not a small lobby. Anyway, we asked for the highest floor possible, so they gave us a room in the 11th floor which is the 4th highest floor. All in all, staying here was perfect with no big problems to mention.

Started with an upgrade to a two bedroom suite. Thank you Barefoot'n in the Keys! Room was beautiful with a screened in balcony to boot. Apparently a window was broken and replaced on the French doors to the balcony. A few small pieces of glass were left on the floor by maintenance or the clean-up crew in front of the door that doesn't open with the chair in front of it... we didn't even see them for five or six days they were so removed. Other than that, the room was immaculate. Sufficient supplies in the kitchen, and walking distance to all kinds of fast food, Old Town, and Family Fun Spot and longer walk or very short drive to food market and restaurants galore. They made me laugh though, they were doing so good, then Friday night they left a card advertising their Continental Breakfast with cereals, bagels. pastries, coffee, tea, etc. set up in the office lobby Saturdays to Wednesdays. We went by Saturday, there was an apple in a bowl with what could have been an air-void container of coffee?...it had coffee stains all over it on a small shelf behind three time-share sales tables you would have to snake through to get close enough to be sure the apple wasn't just decorative. I checked out Sunday and asked where the Continental Breakfast was...no answer. The air-void was now in an over-sized mop closet that had it's door open to the right with cleaning supplies and assorted stuff you know the owners would not want you to see.

Exceptional place. From the time we arrived, the staff went out of the way to make us feel welcome.
For the young traveler, having our room look out at Hogwarts was a bonus.
The Theme Park shuttle organisation was fantastic and the food from The Cabana Bar top notch.
If arriving before the check in time or planning on leaving after the check out time, staff will store luggage until you are ready to arrive or leave.

We stayed in Suite 119 of building 6, which was the farthest building away from the registration office. The pro of this was that the building was probably the least occupied of all of them, so it was quiet. The con was we didn't get very good wifi reception, which was OK due to our short stay of only two nights. Everything in this 2-BR 2-BA suite seems new or nearly new. It has large, comfortable rooms that easily accommodated two adults, two teenagers, and a child (the child slept on the pull out couch in the living room). The resort is 10 minutes from Universal (assuming no traffic, a big assumption sometimes). We did not use any of the facilities such as swimming pool, as our time was limited and we spent the bulk of it at the theme parks. This was a fabulous value.

I stayed at The Rosen Centre with my girlfriend for 4 nights in October 2014 before going on a cruise. The hotel was about a 10 minute taxi ride to Universal Studios at a cost of $25. We went to universal for 2 days and for the Halloween Horror night, which was amazing and we went to Wet n Wild which was brilliant and a short taxi ride away. There are lots of licensed taxis outside the hotel all day who are really helpful and friendly. Concierge staff were equally helpful and friendly and the hotel room was clean, comfortable and cosy with an amazing view over Orlando.
The hotel is in an area with lots of convention centres so make sure there isn't a big convention going on at the time of your visit other wise it will be really busy, we were lucky to go at a time where nothing was going on so the hotel was lovely and quiet.
The hotel is located just down the road from Dennys and IHOP for some great breakfasts, and International Drive has hundreds of amazing restaurants!
A amazing hotel in a great location, I will definitely be going back!
