Probably the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Orlando. The building is beautiful and feels completely brand new. Housekeeping is done upon request, which worked perfectly for us and gave us more flexibility during our stay. The only thing that would make it a 10/10 for us would be having a laundry room (my mom would absolutely love that!), and maybe even a pool. Other than that, everything was perfect — we truly loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Great stay, clean property, large room with hardwood floor ( so nice compared to old carpet) amd a comfy bed. Some staff are friendlier than others, and it would have been nice if they offered a complementary continental breakfast, but breakfast is available for purchase. In addition, many people travelling enjoy using a pool after a long day, but this property did not have one. However, we knew that before we booked, and we were quite happy to still stay at this hotel because it was such a lovely property overall.
