"A wonderful cottage. We really enjoyed our stay in Burnsall. We stayed for a family wedding and there was plenty of space for 3 generations. The children's room/games room is a lovely touch. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is fantastic in the middle of Burnsall (next to the Red Lion pub). A beautiful spot for walking and visiting nearby Bolton Abbey and other nearby attractions. We can highly recommend and would love to visit again."

"We loved our stay at Mya Cottage. The place was clean, spacious, and tidy. It seemed like everything was thought of - things we didn’t think we’d need until we got there like tin foil were provided. The owners were lovely, the check in and out process was easy. The showers were good, and it was in a little gated community which we really liked. Nothing bad to report! Would stay again!"

"The positives - property was clean, kids liked it, street parking was convenient, price was reasonable. The negatives - some important shortcomings were - there was only one toilet roll for booking of a family of four for 3 nights, the extractor in kitchen was not working, coffee pods were useless because the water reservoir in the coffee machine was not working."

"We had a very comfortable 8-night stay. It’s set in a very quite village with beautiful views of Wensleydale, exactly what we wanted. It was clean, had a good shower and equipped with everything we needed, including some kids toys and dvd’s which came in handy. "The property was very clean, warm and comfortable. The top bedroom, which was in the attic was well appointed but our group felt it might not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. I was able to contact the owners easily and they responded to my requests for extra crockery promptly. The property was in a quiet area but still very convenient for the train station and the city centre which was about a 10 minute walk away. Another fabulous stay
"We've stayed here several times over the years and we love the place. Stayed here this time to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and again wasn't disappointed. Staff are all friendly and attentive especially front of house and in particular Patrick friendly, professional and full of advice and tips. Greeted at reception with complimentary glass of prosecco and a card in the room wish us a Happy Anniversary. Room was large and with a wonderful view of the lake. We had already booked an outside restaurant for dinner although the Asian fusion restaurant looks amazing so we'll try that next time we stay. For a small fee, we were chauffeur driven to our restaurant in Windemere in the new Bentley which was made the occasion much more special. Can't fault the hotel, staff and service here. Highly recommended. "
