All bills are included in rent including (gas, elec, water, etc)
The yard is decked with Astro Turf and private with outside Toilet facility
If you are just visiting the area or working nearby or just wanting a base to explore the Lake District this is the ideal set up.

Bedding is provided and beds are made up fresh for your arrival
Parking is available in the front street for permit holders. (we can provide a limited amount of parking permits if requested on booking). You can park FREE in the front street from 6.00pm - 8.00am without a permit. There is also a large Pay and Display Car Park at the Rear of the Property which is FREE of charge from 3.00pm to 8.00 am daily and all day Sundays. There is also plenty of free parking spaces in nearby streets.
