"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"Staff were lovely and polite. Bed was clean and comfy. There was an armchair in the room that was broken and the carpet looked like it hadn’t seen a hoover for a while. However these are things that may have just been accidentally missed. "
