"Family lives in the house and they do not Care if you want to sleep or not. Booked for 4, got bed for 2 only. So me and my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch covered with our coat. We got 1 towel in total only. The family disturbs you with cooking until midnight, then the son started to eat very loudly, singing and making noice with the spoon on the plate in the space where we were meant to sleep. "This is a very nicely done annex, perfect for a few nights away on business with the ability to cook my own meals rather than be reliant on hotel food. Friendly host, clean and well appointed with a great shower...definitely my go-to place going forward!"

"We really enjoyed using this large property for a work/social weekend with a big group of us. The facilities were excellent, beds comfy and it was so great to have the big conservatory and garden room to get together as a whole group, as well as the sunny garden to enjoy some outside time. "The house is large, well laid out and proportioned, with 5 bedrooms, 3 ensuite and one family bathroom, separate downstairs toilet, in a great location with a good number of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Easy on street parking. Kitchen is huge and we mainly gathered there. A touch too windy to enjoy the garden but did use the outdoor table tennis table. There were some teething issues but the host responded quickly and well. However I have to agree with previous feedback:...

"All fine and dandy. Room and decor a little dated but super clean and everything we needed. All staff were really friendly but the star is the incomparable Linda. I really hope you are paying her enough because she is a gem! Nothing was too much trouble even won over my usually reserved, sons. So helpful , so attentive to all guests. She is the reason I would stay again. Thankyou"
