"Outstanding in every aspect. We have stayed in top hotels all over the world and this was the best service we have ever received. The staff go above and beyond for their guests. "I did not like (1) Small room with congested space (2) Not very clean (3) Bathroom is not very good (4) Less light in the room I liked (1) Best value for money. With this small amount of money the service they provided was awesome (2) Breakfast was superb. I am amazed that they gave us so much (unlimited bread, milk, verities of corn flakes, coffee etc.) with so little money"

"Incredible hotel in an amazing location. Lovely staff, who were always happy to help. A lightbulb went out in our bathroom and reception and the maintenance guy had it fixed/replaced within 5 minutes. The in room breakfast for the duration of our stay was fantastic. I can't recommend this hotel enough!"

"Well situated place to stay near central Queenstown. The room has spectacular views of the lake. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area. Would give it a 5 but the bedroom lacked plug points and cupboard space was limited. Otherwise it was great place to stay. "
