"My parents are buried in Horning, so Norfolk has lots of memories. I decided I wanted to celebrate my 60th in Winterton on Sea. We’ve stayed in various cottages in the area, but Larner’s Lodge was by far the best bungalow. We had to stay in the Fisherman’s Return on our first night, so took a sneaky peak at the outside of Larner’s Lodge later that day. Situated down a private driveway, set in a very pleasant location. "The cottage is within a short walk of the sea, the beach is accessible via a steep path after approximately ten minutes. "Lovely, modern, clean, spacious, and ideally located caravan. It was great having the decking around the side and front of the property too. It’s perfectly described on the listing in fact it was nicer in real life. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a nice quiet location too and not overly crowded with neighbouring properties. The caravan is well decorated and the black out blinds in the bedrooms work well. Very comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom. Can highly recommend."

"What an amazing place Vespers is. The location is perfect right on the river but close to Potter Heigham. We have a boat and we were able to moor it right outside the property. Inside the place is very spacious. We particularly enjoyed eating in the separate dining room. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including glasses for every occasion!! We would definitely recommend the property if you are wanting to come to Norfolk."

"I stayed here for work and found it a perfect location. Steve was very good with communication and answering all my questions. The room was very modern with lots of gadgets which could be a little tricky but once you got the hang of it was all ok. I stayed 4 nights and looked to re book the same room the following week but unfortunately it had gone. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. "

"Our family’s stay was fantastic! We spent a total of 4 nights here and our stay was amazing, the house has easy access to the seafront and the high street which are all in a 5 minute walking distance which makes it a great place to stay for families, but just as a comment it could do with some grass in the garden for dogs. Comment to the owners, thank you for our lovely stay and all the help you provided us with 😊"

"Great base for our family holiday to Caister. Well appointed had everything you would need. Plenty of towels which was good as we needed one in the kitchen for drying hands. Did not mention in advert that was right next door to a pub, most nights this was not an issue as the bedrooms are at the front, but on the Saturday there was a live band in the pub which was very loud and went on until 11.30pm.
