Excellent communication with host, who sent a welcome text on arrival & was prompt in replies when we needed the settings on the bathroom radiator changing, which made a huge difference ( it was chilly and managed remotely so no control on when we wanted it on. We’ve been to WOS many times and knew the location for us would be perfect. It’s very close to the beach / dunes. Parking easily for 2 cars. Cottage had a homely feel and not at all a ‘ holiday rental’ Our dog settled very quickly and the garden was safe and secure. The adjoining house does have 2 small dogs which appear to have free run out to the garden, initially they do bark but soon settle and this didn’t cause any problems for our terrier who can be reactive. The garden is beautiful and a real sun trap, we enjoyed many a drinks and snacks outside. All the facilities work well and we cooked all holiday and had everything we needed. Shower good and big! No stepping into a bath. Rooms big and airy with 2 big windows in each allowing fresh air into the rooms. We used the log burner, there were a few logs outside but not many so we did buy some along with kindling. Overall the cleanliness is above good, there are some good old webs forming and the skirting boards needing a good clean but other than that I wasn’t feeling like it needed a deep scrub like we have in some other properties. Towels and linen clean. Nice welcome basket provided too :) Lovely rental so much so we booked 2 further stays! Thank you :)

A lovely little cottage
A beautifully kept cottage in a wonderful village, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay snd would book again. The only issue i had was the dog living next door, which was very reactive and had full garden freedom day and night and barked every time we went into the garden, so I was unable to let my dogs in the garden freely or war would have erupted, which was a shame.

Easter Break
We had a fantastic time in Winterton. Net House was perfect, clean, tidy and had everything we needed for a short family break. We were lucky enough to be able to enjoy the sunshine in the garden as well. We really enjoyed walks along the beach, through the dunes and around the village. The village chip shop and pub are both very nice, the pub is dog friendly which was perfect for us. Rachel is a very helpful and friendly host, the welcome pack for us and the dog was very generous, we all enjoyed it. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Net House and Winterton to others.
