"Filthy and disgusting. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Smells like damp mouldy cheese that we later found out to be the drip tray behind the fridge. It was liquid and mouldy. The toilet seat was loose and wouldn't tighten. The skirting boards were dirty and dusty. We found a mouldy sponge under the kitchen cupboard. No toilet roll. No hand wash. Mouldy bathroom. "On arrival the hotel was clean, we arrived early and staff were very friendly, looked after our bags so we could go out. The staff were always very polite, helpful and friendly, happy to give us more tea, coffee and milk for our room. "We had a very comfortable stay. The bed was very restful and the water pressure for the shower was perfect. The rooms have a traditional vibe but having stayed in rooms with fancy marble bathrooms which leaked all over the place, or alternately froze or scalded you, this bathroom was a dream.
