“I loved it!”
The hotel was doing some upgrading so that's the only reason I marked 4 for Condition & Maintenance. My room was immaculately clean. I hade a great view of the city from my small balcony. The staff was always helpful and friendly. I would definately stay there again. I really received great value for the price.
“will be back ...”
certainly value for money here - staff very helpful and friendly. Reception staff ever so professional but the downside was the cumulative cost of daily valet parking if you have a car (make sure you check out other options). Room was really clean and well fitted out - absolutely immaculate and maintained daily - gym equipment was basic but needs to be maintained as well as the rest of the place is (2 machines broken or in need of repair). Bar , food and room service team were wonderful - quirky little cocktail /cafe bar staffed by really fun but very professional team who should be noted for their exemplary customer service skills - coffee and bar skills excellent. Food quality was excellent and very generous servings - room service was also very quick ! I really like this place and can highly recommend it !!
“Great hotel with excellent location”
This is my second time staying in Quadrant Hotel, because it has great location, only 10 mins walk to the Auckland city. The room is clean and comfortable, and the staff are all friendly and helpful as well.

The Quadrant is a superb hotel and it's strength is its fantastic staff. The customer service in the place when i stayed there was absolutely superb. Polite, charming staff throughout who couldn't do enough to make me feel welcome and were an absolute pleasure to be around. New Zealand is a fantastic country that i'll certainly be returning to. When i am in Auckland this hotel will be the only choice for me. Excellent.
“Fantastic stay at a great location”
Beautiful view from balcony, convenience of a kitchen with dishwasher and laundry. Very helpful staff. Central to downtown area. Would stay there again.
“Extemely Impressed with Hotel”
We really enjoyed our stay at the Quadrant. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is very modern and felt very relaxed and friendly. We had a studio room and were very happy. Though not large, it offered everything we needed for an overnight stay. It was modern and clean with a great kitchen for a studio room. It was lovely having a balcony with large sliding doors to open for fresh air. We requested and were given a harbour view room which was a treat we didn't really expect. We were extremely impressed with the location. It was nice having the park close and was in a quiet area so no problems with sleeping at night but very close to main shopping and restaurant area. Also a very quick walk to harbour. We got a fantastic price through expediia, which was a steel for the quality we received. We would definately stay here again and recommend it to friends.
“Great hotel with a good location.”
Best and cheapest room on vacation, my room had a great view of the harbor, and was easy a walking distance to there. Room had small kitchen, and I could of even did laundry in the room. Staff was great. Very pleased with the place.

relatively quiet for auckland,great feeling of spaciousness and fresh air with 2 balconies,but a little bit self conscious walking out of gym with gear and sweat straight into breakfast dining room
“great central location”
bathroom was very small. Little room for personal items eg. hairbrish,cosmetics, shaving gear!
