Leave your expectations of glamour and glitz. Not the Ritz-Carlton, but island hospitality and friendly staff looking to make your stay comfortable. Enjoy the island, the hotel amenities, the shops, the restaurants, beaches, etc. The sooner you understand this, the better your trip will be. Enjoy the island vibes, chill, laid back locals and the aloha.

This hotel's location is beautiful but the physical infrastructure is old and needing to be updated. The rooms are nicely appointed but the exit stairways are corroded and many of the doors do not shut do to corrosion.

Wonderful hotel and location

Room condition is great depending on location. Not a fan of the mandatory 60$ valet only but the breakfast and drinks make up a little bit if your a drinker

The staff -front desk, porters, wait staff at Orchids and Room Without a Key-was consistently welcoming and friendly. Dinner and breakfast at Orchids food and presentation superb. When a beef carpaccio appetizer was delayed, they presented a beet salad to tide us over. If you value the last art of 5-Star service food and drink don’t miss this place.
