The staff is very helpful, detail orientated. Xiao Hu at front desk provided tips setting up heating in the room. We appreciate the free shuttle service.

The most helpful staff we’ve ever encountered at any hotel in Shanghai. Especially the bellhops and the front desk staff. From carrying luggage to sorting deliveries, to the friendliness of the cleaning staff, the service cannot be faulted. Location is also central and has quick access to restaurants and the metro. The room itself is slightly dated but comfortable to stay. Would book again.

Very well, just the same issue with the aircondition during this cold period. But hotel managed to open the window for us to have some small ventilation

Rooms were clean and well kept every day. Staff was a great help to assist with Mei Tuan deliveries. Great service from the front desk during check out (Isabella). My stay also include access to the M club which was a great place to recharge after a long day out. I used the Steambath on L6 for almost the whole visit which was well maintained. Did not use gym but it looked very spacious.

Gorgeously designed hotel featuring a unique blend of modern and traditional Chinese elements. Attentive service. Great views of the Bund. Beautiful rooms.
