"The staff was very nice but never around when you needed them. The office was closed most of the two days we were there. They were definitely short staffed. Which was so disheartening beings it was summertime.
The kayaking was amazing and the restaurant was excellent but they only serve dinner during the week with breakfast, lunch and dinner on offered on weekends. We did not know that prior to getting there. I think that management needs to be more accommodating to those who made reservations...
"We stayed here to be within 2 miles of our daughter and they were extremely dog friendly. Our room was nice and we especially enjoyed the small fenced patio that we sat on every day. Staff was nice and helpful. Coupons for breakfast were appreciated. Not sure restaurant staff is up to speed with recent changes. We went there during happy hour, but did not get happy hour prices on our food or drinks. We will definitely stay again when in the area. Thanks"
