Property wasn’t what I expected. The website promotes it has a spa and it doesn’t. They should also be transparent about not providing housekeeping. Furniture was old and outdated. I wouldn’t bring my family back to this property. The most pleasant experience was my interaction with the bellhop he was extremely friendly and helpful.

The cottage was nice. I just think they could do a better job with communicating how to schedule a ride to the theme parks. Everything else was amazing.
