I honestly have no faults. Great place to stay in Tokyo. Clean, tidy, modern with great transport a 3 minute walk away and restaurants.

We stayed as a family with two children 6 & 9. This hotel is an excellent option for families. There is a dual washer and a dryer in the room. Window to the Main Street. Good ac and dehumidifier. You can plug in a fire stick into the the tv. Close to two stations - Akihabara and Asakusabashi but not in the thick of touristy streets. You can walk to both the stations in less than 10mins. There is a large grocery store 5mins walk with lots of fresh and prepared food options. Rooms are nicely laid out. There are only 2 rooms per floor. They provide tooth brushes, tooth paste, laundry detergent, hair brush, Q-tips, hair ties etc. Yodobashi Akiba @ Akihabara station has anything you could ever want, Hotel Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend.

Clean hotel on the area and the staff is amazing they helped me greatly when I needed it. If I could give more stars I would. I had a problem with a tour booked and they helped me solve it! Very grateful.

Room was clean, staff was nice, and lots of shopping and food options! Stayed here many times and never had any issues. We brought our friends with us many times and they liked this hotel, too. Our hotel to stay at when in Tokyo.

We stayed for6 nights family of 4 in one room with breakfast at Shiomi Prince Sept 25' we wanted a retreat from our days in Tokyo this was it! Very high standard facilities and hotel, loved breakfast, so many delicious options really set us up for our big days out. Train station and convenience store couldn't be any closer, just a few stops from Tokyo station so easy to get around from here. Loved come back every day exhausted leaving the bustle of Tokyo behind and visiting the beautiful Onsen. What a treat! Highly recommend this hotel!

I chose this hotel specifically for its swimming pool, hoping to unwind after walking 68 km weekly for three consecutive weeks. I booked a two-night stay from September 2–4, 2025, only to be told upon arrival that the pool had closed as of September 1st. With outside temperatures soaring to 38°C, the closure felt poorly timed and inconsiderate — especially during an ongoing heatwave. A heads-up during booking or a more flexible closure schedule would have made a big difference.

Only stayed here two nights / but they were fabulous. The best part was the window seat in our bedroom. It was gorgeous to sit and drink coffee at in the morning - and wind down watching the city at night. The beds and bath were lovely as well. Easy access to transit and the staff found not have been better!

5 star serenity and class amidst the hustle and bustle of Tokyo.
