We went for breakfast at the restaurant at the top of the property. Paid 107.00 for fake eggs. Totally insulting. We go to Honolulu every year and will probably never stay at the Sheraton again

If we went back to Hawaii 10 times, we would use this hotel every time. It was so beautiful inside and so unique, we didn’t see anything else like it anywhere else in our travels. All the staff were so friendly and easy-going. They all had the aloha spirit. We took some of that aloha spirit with us back home. I hope it doesn’t wear off anytime soon.

Rooms were clean, well maintained throughout our stay. We expected a little more out of breakfast but wasn't terrible. Property was also clean and very well maintained. And was extremely close to everything and was within walking distance to most everything. The only negative thing I have to say is the food from the hotel restaurant was inedible. It was horribly expensive my son's and daughter's hamburgers were Grey and almost slimy and my chicken sandwich was dry and chewy with absolutely no flavor at all. The staff did take one hamburger and the chicken sandwich off my bill. Other than that no complaints at all.

We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and offered easy access to everything we needed. One of the standout aspects of our visit was the staff, every team member we encountered was kind, helpful, and genuinely seemed happy to assist guests, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the ongoing renovations. While we understand that improvements are necessary, it was disappointing to book an ocean-view room and not have access to the balcony because of the construction. To the hotel's credit, they were very gracious and compensated the resort fees and, after some discussion, the parking fees as well, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I look forward to returning once the renovations are complete. Hopefully next time I can fully enjoy both the ocean view and the balcony access.
