Hotels wasn’t maintained. You could tell everything is very dirty and old. Pool had mold on the tiles. My family and I got out of the pool in a heat beat. Staff issue was with the room maintenance. We were there for 8 days so we were okay for the room to be maintained every other day HOWEVER THEY WERE HORRIBLE on the maintenance days. They wouldn’t leave us any or just one towel for my entire family. Body wash was not replaced. Those nights always turned out that my husband had to go back downstairs to the lobby to ask for towels and body wash. Their excuse was their dryer was broken FOR 8 DAYS!!! PARKING WAS A NIGHTMARE. They never had parking available and when they did it was $65 a night. This place overall should be a ZERO. the only thing we liked was the free sunscreen they placed by the pool LOL Don’t stay here unless your just spending a night or two but not using the amenities and your okay with the bare minimum of a bed to sleep for a night or two. Also do not recommend for a family with kids

Beautiful Place. Didn't get turned down service for 2 days and only after I called twice. Then when the room was cleaned it was left without toiletpaper. I thought it might have been a housekeeping joke. Was not. Thank god for the bidet!
