Beautiful stay peace and quite clean room and shuttle to the bus very easy and always running

The front desk, staff, or is absolutely amazing young gentlemen upgraded my room to a corner suite. The room was huge the king size bed in the middle lots of closet spaceb safe in the room, windows all the way around the room nice couch with ottoman and table and desk and refrigerator. The only thing missing that would've been a nice feature. Was the microwave oven to reheat any leftover from the restaurants they have a laundry service that was real affordable. I did not use the dry cleaning service. It's a grocery store nearby and 4 to 6 restaurants one of the best meals I had when I was in Hong Kong was the Mexican restaurant that's little shopping center next to the hotel was awesome. Food was great. I did not use any hotel shuttle buses. I pretty much used Uber every day taking me to the train station/MTR the view is just amazing too. I would definitely stay here again. I give them a 9 1/2 out of 10.

Great hotel. Clean, friendly, efficient. The breakfast options were abundant and delicious. The staff even helped me get a car to the airport after we missed the shuttle. One minor suggestion though is that the hotel could provide the option of letting the guests use the luggage cart themselves instead of always having a staff to help. In our case we had to wait for the staff to come over to pick up our luggage when checking out and given how tight our time was we missed the shuttle.
