Hong Kong SAR Mountain Holidays

My wife and I spent a night with 6 of my wife’s family members. Everybody had a wonderful time. Staff was great and the rooms were clean. We had a light breakfast and the food was great. Next time I will be sure to try the outdoor pool.

Room is clean. Location is convenient.

Paid 300 USD for a single-person, one-night stay. Hotel costs fluctuate easily due to tis proximity to a stadium. It's not worth the price at all. The room was not clean. Found dirt in the cups. The breakfast is terrible- bland, and the restaurant is not clean. I saw human hair on the noodle serving counter (not mine), and no one came to maintain cleanliness. The checkout line was ridiculous. No separate checkout or speedy checkout line. No guidance on how to speed up checkout. Asked the desk, and they simply told me to follow the line. Waited 40 mins in line to check out. The hotel is crowded with juvenile fans coming to a nearby stadium, I guess, and the lobby is like a market, train station, or lounge room for these girls. Simply lacking decency. Never try this hotel. P.s. most other hotels have shuttle buses and don't fall for the "close to airport" as the plus is not worth all the negatives.

We have visited JW MARRIOTT HK to celebrate our return to Hong Kong after 20 years and at the same time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary . We had an amazing welcome by Patrick who kindly notified us that we will have a little surprise in our room . Which was a delicious cake with a nice bottle of wine 7it for sure make us feel very special. The room was beautiful facing the harbour view on 22 Floors. The shower is the best ,The bedding is fantastic. They provide plenty of water which is fantastic . Breakfast is fantastic , absolutely no complain ! The swimming pool is great surrounding by lovely plants and beautiful buildings. Thank you JW MARRIOTT We had an amazing time and want to visit Hong Kong again which will happen for sure and of course your beautiful hotel. Thank you Luce Ice for helping us for checking out .
