The cost of the room is excellent among comparable hotels in HK. The staffs were friendly and they don't offer other fancy stuff other than simple muffins and coffee for breakfast. Their rooms are spacious and they are located within minutes walking distance to the subway system which can take you to anywhere in HK in good time.

This was my third time staying at this hotel, and I would absolutely love to come back the next time I visit Hong Kong! The location is fantastic, making it super easy to explore everywhere; the subway, bus, mini bus, and taxi services are just outside the hotel. There’s free Wi-Fi, a cozy little exercise room, and a laundromat available for a fee. Plus, there are many delightful restaurants and shops in the neighborhood! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfy. A big shoutout to the amazing staff; they are knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Mr. Cheng and Miss Cheng for their incredible assistance in locating my lost luggage and helping me with everything I needed! That said, there are a couple of areas that could use a little improvement. It would be great to have a shelf in the toilet stall and shower stall so we don't have to be without clothes before and after using the shower. Also, adding more amenities like a café, a green area, a reading room, and a computer room would be wonderful, creating a nice space for people to relax outside their rooms. Overall, I had a wonderful stay!

Everything is good so far. The closet in my room is a bit too old, the door is not easy to slide. The hardwood floor is a little bit old. But the room is quite spacious, clean & quiet.
