We love staying at the New Otani Hotel. It is elegant and relaxing. The large Sogetsu ikebana arrangement is a great way to welcome guests and there are beautiful floral arrangements throughout the hotel. The Hinoki bath in our room was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed our view of the traditional garden while having breakfast. The view from the Garden Tower restaurant on the 40th floor was spectacular. The staff was highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We intend to stay there again during future visits to Tokyo.

Conveniently located, great space with great amenities. Great for longer stays and 12 kilo laundry can be done so you are able to travel with less clothes. Fantastic place, I will definitely be back.
