We loved our stay at The Rarotongan Beach Resort & Lagoonarium. It truly felt like a real holiday. We loved the fresh towels each day, the range of activities for both adults and children, and the foosball, pool, and ping pong tables. The kids were thoroughly entertained, and everyone got exactly what they wanted from the holiday. The highlight of our stay was the snorkeling tour. A special mention goes to Moi and Joe, who made our trip especially memorable. The service from all the staff was amazing—they were all so friendly and welcoming. Salome and Tema, our cleaners, were wonderful, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. We would definitely return. The only downside was the smell of cigarette smoke. The designated smoking area was quite close to the other amenities, and at times smoke drifted into our room from a nearby smoker. Aside from that, our stay was fantastic.

The staff to a person went over and above to ensure everything was good for you personally. The staff to guest ratio was high so everything you required was ready quite quickly. After just one introduction the staff remembered us by name and they always had a smile for you.The site was not overcrowded with plenty of opportunity to mingle if you wanted or be on your own. For us the adults only was a real plus however the age mix was good cross section of younger to not so young. Being on its own island made it feel very safe. Not that we felt unsafe anywhere across Aitutaki. The food was a good variety, well prepared and good value, breakfast catered to all tastes and was plentiful. Overall a very relaxed setting that met all our expectations. If anything could be better would be keeping the Indian minor birds away from the food areas Will find a way to spend more time at this resort.

Liked the location right on the beach to relax but not for swimming as it’s very rocky. Rooms were tidy n serviced well but bathroom was not well maintained with very old fittings.. water flow in the shower was trickling inspite of them fixing it. Breakfast was exact same every day no change at all. Coconut water was never available. Staff was a mix of being courteous and not too polite. Overall was ok.

Staff will deliver breakfast to your room every morning. Clean, air conditioner, shared pool for 4 units. (2 of them are Oceanfront and 2- Oceanview. Comfy beds, safe location and good price. Friendly people.

Beautiful small hotel with welcoming and helpful staff, great views, very nice beachfront bungalows, very good food. A real bargain compared to other South Pacific destinations.

Beautiful Villa in a lovely part of the island. There is no bar or resturant on site but they provided us with a lovely breakfast each morning and plenty of places to eat near by and supermarkets to cook in villa. Team where really helpful and welcoming and we couldnt fault the service. Great place!
