We had the Superior King room and absolutely loved it. Very spacious, stylish, great shower and the bed was just amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Staff is very friendly too

Friendly staff and a great central location if you want to be in the heart of Queenstown and enjoy the nightlife. However, if you’re visiting for the famous lake and mountain views, I would suggest looking elsewhere, as many rooms overlook nearby buildings and parking areas. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Despite being advertised as a buffet, the selection was very limited and not what you would expect from a five-star hotel. It became even more restricted during our stay, with some hot buffet items removed and replaced by a menu where guests could choose only one dish. The room was comfortable overall, but the mattress was poor quality and felt uneven, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, great staff and location, but the breakfast and bedding fell well below five-star expectations.

The hotel was charming & there were so many thoughtful touches, like welcoming complimentary cheese platter, wine and afternoon cookies. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend

Awesome place to stay in Queenstown. One of the best places we have stayed at in our travels all over the world. Full amenities and the location can't be beat! Be sure to book the lake facing units as waking up every morning to the view of the Remarkables is a once in a lifetime experience. The units are well equipped and the reception staff was very accommodating and reachable. You can even rent a BBQ grill for a day to cook some steaks while admiring the view. Its a 10 minute walk to the heart of Queenstown or a 2 minute bus ride. We really enjoyed our stay and miss it already.

Staff were very lovely. Check-in was easy with easy bag drop both before and after check-in/check out. Lots of details that made us question the rating of the property, but also would have been totally reasonable for a 3-star property. Everything was totally fine and nothing really to write home about but we definitely questioned the 5-star rating we had seen daily. I wouldn't *not* recommend this hotel. If it's in your price range, it's totally ok, but absolutely buyer beware- you are getting what you pay for.

Outstanding service, gorgeous property, and heavenly room. Strongly recommend!
