The only issue is their Lift (Elevator) they have 3 Lifts but 2 are not working at the time I stayed 6/26-6/23. My room is in the 17th floor, I had to wait 5-8 minutes to used the Lift. But other than that, It’s a walking distance to the Hysan Place, Sogo, Time Square, the famous Bakehouse. Transportations are close by, mtr, bus stations, trams. Over all. I would stay here again!

I must say, the facilities were very practical—particularly for those of us on longer trips. The staff were extremely helpful, and I genuinely appreciated the assistance with luggage—it felt very considerate. Each morning, there was a simple breakfast, which was a lovely touch. Housekeeping was friendly and did a fantastic job, and overall, all the staff made it feel quite homely. It truly gave a sense of warmth and care!

Best location in Causeway bay hands down.
Bear food half block away and close to sogo and Times Square. Better than parklane location wise. Good staff.. will stay here again.
