服务很差，环境令人失望

态度差，服务差。对待客人的询问也没有一个好的解释。推卸责任。而且还有额外的收费。Our family had a terrible experience in this hostel. Customer service is not exist, arguing with customer. There are extra charges which was disappointing. We could booked another place. It is not refundable, so do your research before booking or best to check the place out before booking. The place is not that clean. We would not go there again.

部屋も必要最低限で清潔感もあまりないけど、ホテルの具体的な場所も英語も中国語もできない僕に、警備員さんは親切に場所を案内してくれたし、ホテルの方も翻訳アプリを使って親切に対応して頂いて助かりました。日本のように建物まるまるホテルではなく、マンションのとある階層の一角に家族経営みたいなホテルがいくつか集合している。みたいな感じでなんですね。その階にいって初めて分かるみたいな。 全てにおいて同額レベルの日本のビジホみたいな感じではないですが、知らない国の知らない場所で不安なところを親切にして下さったので、また香港に来たら泊まらせてもらいたいと思いました。

Our stay at USA Hostel Nov.2-12, 2017.

My husband and I both enjoyed our stay for 10 days in the hostel. The staff have been very accommodating and helpful. They take care of problems quickly and are all very courteous. Location is great, very easy access to all kinds of public transportation and restaurants. Will consider booking there again. Thank you staff for your good work. :)

worst hotel

inattentive staff, dirty room, poor facilities. They requested us to pay a 1000 HKD deposit but when we checked out they said that the office is still close and they cannot refund the deposit. Never ever go to this hotel.

重慶大厦の隣の美麗都大厦にある安宿

重慶大厦と変わらず沢山の安宿がひしめく宿の一つ、13階でチェックインするのだけど、朝9時迄は誰もいないので、朝９時以降に　夜も12時にはエレベーターが止まるので（ほかのエレベーターはあるが）対応してもらえない。 チェックアウトは9時-11時の間のみ対応みたい。 部屋は色々な階にあり、7階の部屋になり、なぜかエレベーターは下りしか押せないので、13階に用があっても一度１階迄降りることになる。部屋はバックパック仕様で清潔とはいえない、シーツなどの交換もなし。もちろんアメニティーもない。ゴミだけ毎日回収してもらえる。バスタオルは13階の窓口で言えば貸してもらえる。

จองห้องมีหน้าต่าง..ได้หน้าต่างติดลานตากผ้า

พนักงานบริการดี ที่พักอยู่ในโซนช็อปปิ้ง ใกล้รถไฟฟ้า แต่ น้ำอุ่นเปิดยากมาก บางครั้งร้อน บางครั้งไม่ร้อน เพิ่มเงินเพื่อจองห้องที่มีหน้าต่าง กลับได้หน้าต่างที่เป็นวิวลานตากผ้า พนักงานเดินไป เดินไปมาตลอด ไม่มีความเป็นส่วนตัวเลย

Budget friendly hotel. Perfect location.

I wasn't really expecting that much based on the reviews that I've read about this hotel. But nonetheless i would recommend this hotel to my friends and given a chance if i go back to HK i'd stay in this hotel again. The room was not that spacious but enough for 2 persons to move around. We had 2 beds, 1 TV (which is almost installed on the ceiling) and a working air con. Nice and clean comfort room. Do not expect a grand room as this is a budget hostel. Good enough for a place to stay for a couple of days. What i love the most about this hostel is that it is located at the center of Tsim Sha Tsui and very near to the MTR. Tranpo is very easy and hassle free. Hostel is also walking distance to the ferry terminal going to Macau and HK island. Near 7/11, McDonalds, Starbucks avenue of the stars where you can witness the symphony of the lights. The girl in the reception area was not that friendly though. Overall, I was satisfied with our stay.

安く利用しやすい

値段が安いので利用しやすいが、チェックアウトが9時以降からしかできない点が難点であった。 ドライヤーが有料、ひげそりなどはなかった。しかし、宿泊するだけであれば問題なく利用できると思う。

we arrived at the hotel around 4am and good thing that there was someone who still accommodated us by calling the number pinned at the door of the reception.room was okay for two,hot shower, ac are working fine.the street below looks unsafe due to foreign people still scattering around at the wee of hrs but nonetheless we went back home safe.I just don't like their check out time which is too early.other place allows you to check out 2pm.

Good room for your money

Good for sleeping accommodations. Also good for your budget. Had it's own private shower stall and no shortage of hot water. Didn't get any new towels although we stayed for 4 nights. Don't make a mistake of getting off at another floor then walk up or down to yours. You'll notice ugly, dirty stuff around the hallways. Room, including shower was clean. Halfway down, the walls were marbled while other half up was wallpapered. So room felt smooth. Relatively clean. Noticed a bottle cap in our room, then noticed more in the hallway and a large bottle nearby. Looked like rat/insect poisoning was poured in these caps once in a while. In fairness, close to shopping, bus stop, MTR stations and restaurants. I'd stay there again if I choose to go to HongKong.

房間的確是跟想像中落差很多，櫃台服務態度也很冷淡，建議可以多點笑容，以及對於房客的需求可以更用心處理，而且也沒有提供毛巾、吹風機，實在有些不便，如果這樣的話就會自己攜帶。

객실은 생각 했던것보다 많이 좁고 않좋았습니다. 80년대 건물처럼 생겼다고 보심 되구요~ 에어컨은 빵빵히 잘 나왔고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나왔어요~ 화장실이 커튼으로만 되어있어서 남녀가 가려면 안가시는게 갠적인 프라이버시 될껍니다~!@@ 위치가 상당히 좋아서 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 도보고 모든 시내를 다 돌수있고 바로 일층에 제니 베이커리가 있어서 사람들이 쭉 서있더라구요~ ㅋ 호스텔 앞에 스타벅스 및 편의점이 다 있어서 좋았구요~ 유명지를 걸어서 다닐수있다는 장점이 있었습니다.
