Front desk, The bellman helped me with my luggage, the suttle driver, the trolley drivers were amazing, they gives us great welcome, and excellent service. The staff from restaurants are fantastic, they gives us great service. I really recommend Mousai Hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico ( adults only) has great views, clean rooms, great environment, amazing service. Love this place, definitely come back again.

We love to stay in this Resort. Super clean, amazing food and what is best is ocean front beach.

Excellent property. Spacious rooms, we stayed with 2 kids. The whole place is like a mini Jurassic Park. Lot a stuff to do. We saw Cirque du Soleil LUDÕ show, it was great. Great pools and great service. The water parks were not opened yet and we can’t wait to come back and try them. On the negative side dinners are very expensive and not the greatest food. The best restaurant food was Nektar which has a fountain and light show you have to see.
