Everything was great but there was construction right next door that started very very early in the morning everyday, including weekends making it impossible to sleep. Hotel should have warned about that or gave a discount.

Great location. Great rooms and roof top bar / pool etc. had a hard time getting fresh towels during our two night stay so used our pool towel to get by. This was our third stay as we love the Elser but staff not as happy or helpful this go around. Find th $89 early check in heavy with all the extra resort fee taxes wtc especially when ur going to spend so much at the rooftop bar when arriving early - not like u stay in the room other than drop suitcases. However still a great location and perhaps this was just one of those stays that was a little off. Missed their wow factor we’re used to this visit. Still would recommend this great hotel.

What a gem! Truly one of the best experience, hotel is amazing, staff is kind and professional, location is right on spot. Pool is awesome. Will recommend this hotel to everyone, singles, couples, families.
