"Amazing place. Our 1 bdr was in great condition, oceanside vibe with marina water view. Such a great 3 days with family. Full kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal. Nice pool, clean and relaxing. I would stay at Captain Pipps for a month if I can. "

"Poolside was nice and you can get food there. There are 2 pools. There is no beach. Many of the staff are foreign born but their English is good enough that they are able to assist you."

"We had a terrible check-in, not the resorts fault but Expedia. We were on the phone for over an hour with expedia customer service goung back and forth about our check in time, but luckily when we got there the worker was super friendly and had everything ready for us. Its a very neat experience and cozy. Very good layout for the size of boathouse so nothing felt crammed. Overall would definitely go again. In fact, we booked another night there."

"The hotel didn’t look like the pictures on Expedia. The place is an old renovated motel. It’s over priced and it was a complete false advertisement. The breakfast was gross. The grounds needs updating as well as the entire place. It was in a great location. We made the best of our stay but would never go back or recommend it. "

"The accommodations that were offered to us were off property, faced a dirty lot with trash receptacles and smelled like mold and mildew! As soon as we saw our accommodations we asked for compensation, in which they blamed Expedia. Expedia told us that it was up to Parker’s to provide a refund. Upon later questioning partners lied and said that our flight arrived late and we never showed up. Funny how we have pictures dated at the time of our arrival of the horrific conditions. Do not stay here!"
