"The staff at the front desk were professional and helpful upon check-in & check-out. The AC in the room was cold & kept us cool throughout our stay. My only gripe was that the fitted sheet and blanket seemed like it was re-used because there was a bunch of hair strands on it when I flipped the covers. There’s a restaurant/tiki bar right next door & two pools on the property. Overall, its a decent place to stay at."

"I never actually stayed at the property. Two days before my family trip, my young son had to have emergancy surgery. We had to postpone our trip. The manager at Tranquility was extremely helpful and willing to refund our money. I couldn’t be more impressed with how easy the resort made it for me and my family in our time of need.
