Great people! Great location! Fantastic views!

They were undergoing a mass reconstruction and still charged an amenities fee although the pool and exercise room were not available. There were no lounges on the beach. There was loud construction noise and dust throughout the hotel. VERY disappointed.

We just want to thank you for our amazing time at Halekulani. Everything was simply amazing, Your staff was so friendly and accommodating to our needs. Every meal was so delicious. We were trying to figure out which dish was our favorite and we all decided they all were. I usually don’t schedule a spa day, but I did this time. I was probably the best facial I ever have had. We also want to thank you for the bottle of champagne you sent to our room helping to celebrate our fortieth wedding anniversary. When coming to your resort, I would tell future guests to leave their products at home. Our room was supplied with everything we needed for our bathing needs. I did book an adventure prior to coming to the resort; however, when I contacted your concierge’s desk they handled everything efficiently and quickly. The one thing I would recommend is to book things at the hotel prior to arriving (i.e,, restaurants, spa, etc) since things book really fast. You don’t want to miss out on anything.

Very high class hotel. They concierge staff made you feel very special at check-in with drinks and a cold face towel. The ocean view room was incredible and the balcony provided privacy. Able to turn the AC down to 16C which kept us cool at night. Huge bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. The Infinity pool is a special place where the staff make you feel like honored guests, setting up your recliners and coming by with ice cold water. We could have spent all day there relaxing. The gym is excellent with free weights, Smith machine, cables, cardio equipment. It has a convenient location for walking to various restaurants in Waikiki or for getting to the beach (~10 minutes walk). The only downside would be that the rooms still smell of smoke. I'm not sure if this was just our room or is present in all the rooms and is left over from when smoking was allowed inside. Otherwise our stay was amazing.
