"The floor was visibly dusty and we had to wipe it. The bathroom floor was slanted so the water was everywhere when we showered. The front desk was helpful and followed up my complaints. There is no AC that actually works so the room was extremely hot and the fan was coated with dust and I had to wipe it myself.
If the expectations of a 3-star hotel is the following experience than..yes this is a 3-star hotel.
The location is convenient, it has walkable distance to the train station and right at the heart of old town."
