Absolutely fantastic spot out of the hustle and bustle of San Sebastien which is only 20 min away by taxi. The staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly and really made the stay wonderful. The spa is top notch, as is the food!

Clean, nice, great staff

The hotel stands out, right in front of the beach. It was very clean and apparently renovated from a hotel that was very old and taken over. The room was very nice and was across the street from two restaurants- both of which were open during all hours. It's about 15 min drive from San Sebastián and in a quiet little town called Orio. It's steps from the beach and has a playground on the beach for kids. Wet nice place that I would stay at agin.

Premium price, budget feel. Poorly maintained

Booked as a premium romatic getaway, felt more budget for the ~170€ one night price tag. 3 star hotel not 4 as listed on hotels.com. Mould in shower floor. Leaking water around the sink area. Bottom quarter of bathroom door was falling apart due to damp. Didnt close either. Free spa access provided in the pricey room deal but must wear flip flops & shower cap which the hotel will sell you rather than supply you. Several of the facilities in the spa were either out of service or broken. Common areas are pretty basic also. When sharing concerns regarding the room the staff (who were very pleasant) said they knew of the issues. Generally - has the bones of a nice place, great location too, just not very well maintained.

Très bon séjour

J’ai passé un très bon séjour au Sebastian Hôtel Spa Thalasso. L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné, ce qui a rendu l’expérience très agréable. La chambre était propre et bien rangée, même si quelques petits détails pourraient être améliorés, comme la propreté des vitres et de la baignoire. L’espace spa est agréable, même si l’eau de mer était un peu fraîche à mon goût. L’établissement gagnerait aussi à apporter quelques touches de rénovation pour être parfait. Dans l’ensemble, je recommande cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Ha estado todo genial. El spa me pareció muy completo. El desayuno muy bien para la categoría del hotel. Está un poco alejado de todo, pero la playa en la puerta y hay un par de bares alrededor. Hay parking zona azul disponible en los alrededores y resulta muy conveniente para dejar el coche toda la noche.

Le personnel de villa antilla est très agréable la chambre avec la grande terrasse nous a beaucoup plus .La baignoire a jet et très pratique.Le spa est bien pour se détendre il y a plusieurs piscine dont une pour les nageurs.Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Toute l'équipe de l'accueil à la balneo est super accueillante et parle bien français. La chambre est petite mais amplement suffisante, avec un grand lit très confortable et une petite terrasse. Massages tres bien, parcours balneo egalement. On n'a pas pu tester le restaurant faute de place, mais il y a un restaurant de poisson sur la plage à 200 m qui est très bien. Bref un séjour très agréable et on espere bien revenir !

Sejour parfait.les réceptionnistes sont a l ecoute des clients merci beaucoup a sarah.nous avons fait de la thalassothérapie tres agréables.hotel calme, restaurant tres bon n hesitez pas a y aller.les serveurs sont sympa et fo d l effort de s exprimer en français

Dans ma chambre l'air climatise etait non fonctionn jusqua 4h du matin. Par la suite cetait congelé. Le wifi ne se rendais pas dans la chambre. Grosse deception. L'hotel n'a meme las offert de credit ou de compensation. À éviter.

Un très bon hôtel dans sa catégorie.

Hôtel 3 étoiles digne de sa catégorie. Le service à l'accueil et à la thalasso est excellent. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées et très propres. Les aménagements extérieurs sont corrects ( un peu vétustes dans l'ensemble) mais là, le service y est inexistant ( manque de personnel). Le restaurant est d'un bon niveau et le menu gastronomique d'un bon rapport qualité/prix avec un effort particulier dans la composition des plats et une recherche appréciables dans la présentation. Le personnel y est peu professionnel mais il fait ce qu'il peut comme il le peut! Les extérieurs sont défraichis mais courant 2025 seront refaits comme la thalasso l' a été l'an dernier. Globalement avis très positif avec un bon rapport qualité /prix de l'ensemble. NB si possible demander une chambre vue jardin la plupart des autres sont au Nord ce qui est moins agréable pour profiter de la terrasse.Préférez les chambres 218 et 318.

Charmant séjour de detente

Séjour pour repos très agréable dans cet hôtel Chambre très confortable calme et spacieuse. Super petit déjeuner. Personnel charmant et thalassothérapie très agréable. Notre séjour a été une reussite

les aléas des vacances

l’hôtel est relativement vétuste et mérite une remise à neuf ou réparation de certaines installations.Les robinets tous,fuient et cela provoque une déperdition d’eau très importante si c’est le cas dans toutes les chambres.L’insonorisation est à faire,en commençant par les portes qui présentent une ouverture de un centimètre entre le chambranle et la porte de chaque côté !!! L’ascenseur est tombé en panne et il n’y en avait qu’un seul à disposition des clients !!! Heureusement,l’extrême gentillesse du personnel a un peu compensé tous ces défauts,en particulier le personnel de la réception très à l’écoute des doléances et trouvant toujours une solution :elle est venue chercher elle-même les valises pour les descendre lorsque l’ascenseur était en panne. Je n’oublierai jamais cette gentillesse et cette délicatesse du personnel de la réception
