"I am in the airline industry and travel the world and have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the last 20 years. If it were not for the super friendly and helpful staff, I would have not completed my stay and went elsewhere. It is very loud in the pool area in the afternoon with the DJ and music blasting. Paid for an Ocean view and the view was facing the hotel courtyard and blocked by a palm tree. Paid for a queen and got two small beds. Front desk moved me to a room on the second floor. Again, 2 beds and lousy view. Showed the front desk a picture on my phone and they agreed you could not see the ocean but it “technically an ocean view room”. False advertising and paid extra for the view. Every ice machine was broke or missing in our wing. 1 of the 2 elevators was broke. Food was average so we ate breakfast at the hotel and all other meals elsewhere after 2 days. Long wait times for drinks at the pool due to lack of staff. Pool chairs were taken/claimed by around 10 am with towels on them and no one hardly in sight. Hotel needs to stop that policy. Senior citizens get up early and claim almost all the chairs. Never going back."

"Clean room, great location, excellent staff and all of the amenities you would expect from an all-inclusive resort. This place is family-friendly, which was largely unobtrusive, but that theme dominated the pool activities.Restaurants (Pancho’s, Marco Polo) provided a couple romantic evenings."

"Really enjoyed the property. Clean with very friendly staff - concierge Ashley and Angel at the pool! Beach is small and water unusable most of our stay (May). The restaurants were OK. The menus were complex if you aren’t a foodie. Steak House was outrageously priced for a good steak. Food around the pool was great for lunch! Still loved the all-inclusive aspect! All in all we would go back. "

"Honeymoon from hell.... broken shower, broken hot tub, room service never got our order correct, app did not function properly, and staff kept coming in amd out of the room so i got no sleep. Beds were hard and very small. Husband and i ended up sleeping in separate beds on our honeymoon because they were so small. Air conditioning did not work in the kitchen/dining room/den area but weather was nice so we survived. Buffet was not open on the weekends."

"Outdated hotel with limited parking and little to do within walking distance. Has a pretty nice swimming pool with beach access. "
